This notice is given under Article 11 of Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (advertising for mail-order sales) for purchases in the Android and computer (Windows, Linux) versions of Crayon Pets handed out on our website (https://crayonpets.com): items in the app and the Snuggle Club. You buy on our website's payment page, which the app opens.
Purchases on iPhone, iPad and Mac (App Store) and in the Google Play version are covered by Apple's or Google's own terms and notices.

Purchases on our website are sold by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the payment, charges and pays sales tax and VAT, issues receipts, and pays out approved refunds. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply.
Qualified invoices under Japan's invoice system are issued by Paddle (registration number T3700150086889).
- Prices

The price of each item is shown, tax included, in the app's shop and on the payment page. For example, in Japan: treats from ¥160, clothes from ¥160, a room set ¥980, seasonal deluxe packs ¥2,900 and ¥4,900, the Snuggle Club ¥480 a month or ¥3,800 a year.
Outside Japan, prices are shown in your currency with your taxes. The final amount is shown on the payment page before you confirm the order.
- Other charges
- No shipping or handling fees. The internet connection needed to download and play is at your own cost.
- Ways to pay
- Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and the other methods the payment page shows. Buyers in mainland China may see Alipay and WeChat Pay. What is offered depends on your country and device.
- When you pay
- When you confirm the order. The Snuggle Club is charged when you join and then automatically on each renewal date.
- Delivery
- Right after payment: back in the app, it arrives within seconds (if it does not, check your purchases in the app's shop). Items reach the devices signed in with the account used for the purchase; items that are used up reach the first device that receives them.
- Subscription (Snuggle Club)

Monthly plan ¥480, yearly plan ¥3,800 (prices in Japan, tax included). It renews automatically each period until you cancel.
How to cancel: any time from "Manage subscription" in the app's shop (Paddle's customer page), or by email. After cancelling, you stay a member until the end of the period you have paid for. Part periods are not refunded, except as the Refund Policy says.
- Returns and cancellation

As these are digital items, returns at your own convenience after delivery are generally not accepted. However, items you keep for good are refunded within 14 days of purchase for any reason, and items that are used up are refunded before they reach the app. See the Refund Policy.

Android: 64-bit ARM devices with Android 8.0 or later.
Windows: Windows 10 or later (64-bit). Linux: Ubuntu 22.04, Linux Mint 21, Debian 12 or later (64-bit x86). The computer versions from when they are released.
Downloading and playing are free. Please check that the app runs on your device before buying.
- Purchases by minors
- Minors should have a parent's or guardian's consent before buying. A purchase without it may be cancelled; please contact us first.
